Dine with Top Chefs: Raymond Blanc, Ed Bains, Fergus Henderson and Atul Kochhar

This is a once in a lifetime opportunity. How do you fancy spending an evening dining with a top chef at the opulent Royal Exchange Grand Café and Bar?

 

‘Too Many Critics’ is a fundraising evening in aid of Action Against Hunger, in which top food critics (such as Charles Campion, Jay Rayner and Tom Parker-Bowles) swap their pens for aprons. Their challenge is to cook a sumptuous banquet in full sight of the guests.

 

Members of The SaVVy Club^® are exclusively guaranteed to dine at the same table as one of the eminent chefs attending the evening which include Raymond Blanc, Ed Bains, Fergus Henderson and Atul Kochhar to name but a few. You will also exclusively receive a souvenir plate signed by all the chefs and critics.

 

The evening will be hosted by BBC’s Nigel Barden who will be disrupting the cooks on duty for a chat and will invite dining chefs to grill their pen-wielding counterparts and pass comments on their technique. As an inter-course break, a charity auction will take place. The lots include three unique plates decorated by Heston Blumenthal, Gordon Ramsey and Fergus Henderson.

 

This fabulous evening will begin at 6.30pm with a Champagne Taittinger and canapés reception, followed by a four course dinner accompanied by fine wine.
