The SaVVy Brazilian Carnival Party

Wow! The SaVVy Club is now five years old! Full of Brazilian flair and flavour, the Brazilian carnival party began with the unveiling of the delicious SaVVy Club cocktail and finished with the last couple dancing a final romantic lambada.

From their enormous feather headdresses to their shiny silver heels and with a beaded two-piece in-between, the female dancers lured their bare-chested male counterparts onto the dance floor with several exotic and energetic performances. 

MC Gordon Loncaster and the live band kept the evening flowing. Gordon says,

“Being part of the SaVVy birthday party was a real honour. The evening was a real success with everyone getting into the Brazilian swing.”

A highlight of the evening was the naming of the official SaVVy Club cocktail. Mixed exclusively by the UK’s top mixologist, Tony Conigliaro, the lucky winner won a fabulous holiday to Brazil. The SaVVy Club member, Jayn-Lee explains how she came up with the winning cocktail name, ‘SaVVystication’:

‘I was thinking about the qualities of the club, friendship, excitement, elegance, luxury, and then it came to me.....sophistication but of course it had to be spelt ‘savvystication’!

I had such a wonderful time at the party and am looking forward to spending my lifetime membership of The SaVVy Club meeting lots more members at events soon.’

Tony Conigliario was inspired by timeless qualities represented by The SaVVy Club such as sociability, imagination and etiquette and ensured the cocktail reflected these.
