Simon's Story
Simon works in the City. He has a stressful, busy job and he doesn’t get much free time, but when he does, he feels there’s a lack of fun things to do with it. He met Kim Rix through his job and she told him about The SaVVy Club®:
“I had contact with another social event club, but they were aimed at a very different market. Kim and SaVVy set a very high standard, and from my experience, SaVVy is unique in that respect. It’s the consistency and responsiveness. Kim is always keen to understand what her members are looking for. It’s softly softly, she doesn’t pester, she listens. She tailors her ideas around what she knows her members want.”
As for the benefits, Simon believes:
“It’s partly meeting new people, going to new places and just enjoying the overall experience. SaVVy offers me a combination of original events, organised by someone else, so I don’t have to do all the hard work, and a chance to meet some new friendly people in the process.”
Simon was impressed by the diversity of activity:
“I’ve had quite a few memorable experiences with SaVVy. One was a Polo lesson, learning not only to ride a horse, but also actually playing a game of polo at Ascot Park Polo Club! It was a glorious sunny day. We learned how to play the game, sit on the horse properly, throw a chukka and even played a match in the afternoon! We followed it up with an Argentinean-style barbecue!"
Simon was attracted by the unique events and interesting people and was impressed by the work that The SaVVy Club® team put into organizing events.
“It’s all rolled up into a convenient package. Kim’s expertise makes events very enjoyable and memorable”.
To those unsure of whether to join, Simon says:
“Meet with Kim. Try coming along to an event - see if you like it, like the people, the overall concept – the uniqueness of the events. Come at it with an open mind – but certainly the other members that I’ve met think very highly of it , so give it a go.”
