With a VERTICAL wine-tasting experience, you’ll get the opportunity to taste and learn about different vintages of the same type of wine from the same winery. This will allow you and your expert to focus on the differences between the vintages of a particular kind of wine.

With a HORIZONTAL wine-tasting event, you’ll enjoy the chance to taste wines of the same vintage but experience the differences that a variety of wineries bring to that same vintage. This allows you and your wine guide to explore the subtle (and not so subtle) variations between different ways of making the same kind of wine.

You’ll enjoy the chance to appreciate the wines from the perspective of each of the stages and build up an overall assessment of the quality of the wine. Our expert will teach you how the wine is made, its storage and the peculiarities and particulars that make each wine so individual and worth exploring for yourself.
