Cancellation Policy

If you have booked a Savvy event or activity and you find that you unable to attend, do please contact us as soon as possible. We can then offer your place to another client.

Savvy refunds:

  • If you cancel ten full working days or more before the event – not including Saturdays and Sundays – we can offer you a credit towards your next booking of 100% of the cost of the cancelled booking.
  • If you cancel five full working days before the event we can offer you a credit towards your next booking of 50% of the cost of the cancelled booking.
  • If you cancel two full working days before the event we can offer you a credit towards your next booking of 20% of the cost of the event.
  • We regret that we cannot make any refund or offer any credit if you cancel less than two full working days before the event.
  • Late Cancellation Policy/No Show Policy: Clients who are “no-shows” for an event, or cancel less than two business days before a scheduled event, are liable for the full cost and will not qualify for a refund.
  • Occasionally, events are cancelled or postponed by Savvy Club. Should this occur, we will attempt to contact you to inform you of refund or exchange procedures for that event.
  • Receipts for pre-paid events will only be issued, upon request, after payment has been received and verified.
  • Our cancellation policy varies for holidays, short breaks and certain special events. We spell out the cancellation terms when we describe the trip or event in detail.

Theatre, opera and other ticket events:

  • When a Savvy event includes a theatre, opera or other ticket that we have pre-paid, we can only reimburse you if we manage to resell the place.
