- We reserve the right to reject a booking made.
- We ask and expect clients to behave professionally and to avoid behaviour that damages our reputation.
- We encourage clients to promote Savvy Club activities and events.
- We have a cancellation policy we follow should you book to attend an event or activity and you need to cancel your booking. We do always try our best to help you with a refund if possible. Our cancellation terms for holidays, short breaks and some special events vary. We always let you know the policy when you book a holiday, short break or certain special events.
- Unless we tell you otherwise, we are not responsible for your transport to and from our event venues.
- We have registered Savvy Club with the Data Protection Act. This means that we only file details about you that are relevant to the bookings you make or might make. Any personal details you give us remain confidential and are for our information only.
- In the event of force majeure we will, without prejudice, not be liable to any person.
